Baia Vista Residence is part of the securely fenced residential area Hòfi Sint Joris. The residence will house around 175 modern homes, including flats and penthouses.

Architect Cees den Heijer

Phase 1 of Baia Vista has been designed by Cees den Heijer, a leading Dutch architect and well-known face on Curaçao. He has lived and worked on the island since 2004.

Driven by his love for the Caribbean lifestyle and architectural possibilities, he realised several leading projects in Curaçao in recent years. In 2017, his work was awarded the Cola Debrot Prize, a prestigious cultural award in the field of architecture.

The design of phase 2 was inspired by the architecture and principles of phase 1 and has been further developed by the Baia Vista team, retaining the recognisable style, look and feel and connection with the surroundings.
