Rebirth Development signs for development Baia Vista

Rebirth Development, a renowned property developer from The Hague, has signed an exclusive agreement with landowner Isla Realty to develop sections T3 - T4 at Hòfi Sint Joris.

The plan is to build about 150 owner-occupied homes in three phases under the name “Baia Vista”, a reference to the view of the adjacent St George's Bay. The homes are intended for owner-occupation, regular rentals and holiday rentals. General-use facilities will also be added, including swimming pools, pool decks, a café and transport facilities.

The sections measuring 42,000 m2 are part of a larger area development.

Nanne Veenstra, managing director of Rebirth Development: “This is Rebirth's first development in Curaçao, but we already know the island very well from our own experiences. The assignment from Isla Realty is a logical consequence of our previous cooperation with this investment partner in the field of new buildings. For the realisation of this project, we will be present on Curaçao a lot ourselves, as well as working together with local partners. We also see many opportunities to expand our activities on the island in the coming period.”
