summer – 2026

Construction work on Baia Vista has once again made significant progress this summer. Work has begun on pouring the floors of the penthouse levels in the eight apartment blocks. The walls of this top storey will then be built.

Several blocks have now reached their highest point, or are fast approaching it. As a result, the contours and differences in height across the entire project are now clearly visible.

Current progress:

• The floors of the penthouse levels are being poured
• Bricklaying on the top floor has begun
• The first blocks of flats have now reached their highest point
• The plasterwork on the ground floor and first floor is well advanced
• The design of the communal courtyard garden has been finalised
• The kitchens and bathroom fittings have been ordered

With the structural work on the first blocks now complete, the focus will increasingly shift to the roofs, façades and initial finishing works over the coming period.
