Construction of Baia Vista Residence is making solid progress at the end of the year. It is expected that before the end of the year seven of the eight residential blocks fully founded, giving the shell phase a solid foundation.

From January On all building blocks, the ground floor masonry and placing the characteristic columns that are so characteristic of Baia Vista's design.

This is followed by the construction of the first floors. As a result, the development of the project will become increasingly visible and rise above ground level in the coming months.

Despite the holidays, the construction team remains active at the site, ensuring that the project will be completed by early 2026 at full speed can continue.
