week 48 - 2025

Work at Baia Vista Residence is proceeding on schedule, and progress is now clearly visible on all eight construction sites.

On several building blocks, the foundations now poured, well prepared or in the final stages of reinforcement and formwork. This means several residential buildings are almost ready to start above-ground construction.

In addition, on other building plots, the land improvement and levelling work completed, so foundation work can soon start there too. This phased approach allows the various teams to move efficiently through the project and keeps the pace high.

In the coming period, the first ground floor laid and the construction of new building sections starts. This brings the realisation of phase 1 of Baia Vista Residence ever closer to the level at which the buildings will visibly rise.
