With the shell construction of the ground floor of all eight flat blocks completed, the focus has shifted completely to the first floor.

On the ground floor, the foundations have been realised, the floors poured, the walls fully bricked up and the columns reinforced and filled. With this, the foundations of all buildings are in place.

Current progress:

• All first floor floors have been or will soon be poured
• First-floor masonry work continues immediately
• The first contours of the next building layer are thus becoming increasingly visible
• The order of the aluminium windows, doors and balustrades is done

In addition, a nice step has been taken on site in the experience of the project on the mobile office a rooftop terrace has been built, allowing visitors to experience the project and its surroundings from above:
