Purchase of project site by Isla Caribbean Realty
In January 2025, Isla Caribbean Realty acquired the project site at Hòfi Sint Joris. The 42,000 m2 site will see the construction of around 175 owner-occupied houses over the next few years.
Appointment of Rebirth Development as project developer
In February 2025, Isla Caribbean Realty appointed Hague-based property developer Rebirth Development as the exclusive developer of its project site. The parties have previously collaborated successfully on new development projects in the Randstad region.
Baia Vista launch
The “Baia Vista” project was launched in March 2025. The name refers to the beautiful view of nearby St George's Bay.
Start of sales phase 1
The sale of phase 1 will commence during the Second Home Fair Jaarbeurs, Utrecht (21 to 23 March 2025). This phase comprises 32 flats, 8 penthouses and 8 semi-detached houses.
Start of construction phase 1
Construction preparations started in the summer. The phased start of construction will take place in Q3 and Q4 of 2025, with an expected construction time of about one and a half years.
Phase 1 fully commissioned
Phase 1 - consisting of 40 flats and penthouses - is fully under construction and construction work started in October 2025.
Phase 1 under construction
Phase 1 is fully under construction. The foundation has been poured, the ground floor has been bricked up and the first floor floors have been poured.
Start of sales phase 2
Sales of phase 2 will start in mid-May 2027. This phase includes 48 flats and 12 penthouses.
Completion of phase 1
Completion of phase 1 is scheduled for April 2027. Completion will also include the construction of the common courtyard with gardens, swimming pools and pool decks.
Start of construction phase 2
Construction preparations for phase 2 are expected to start after completion of phase 1. The phased start of construction and expected construction time will be announced at a later date.
Phase 3 and beyond
The planning and completion of phase 3 and beyond is not yet known.
