A great milestone for Baia Vista: Block I of Phase 2 has been fully sold. There are four flats and one penthouse.

The properties have been purchased by investors from the Netherlands and Curaçao who are confident in the further development of the island’s property market. The purchase of an entire block underscores, in our view, the appeal of Baia Vista as an investment, both from the perspective of increase in value and marketability.

A strong start to phase 2

The sale of the first complete block marks a significant step towards the completion of phase 2. This phase comprises a total of twelve buildings, each with four flats and one penthouse.

Unlike in phase 1, we want phase 2 implement in more phases. This will enable us to better align the construction work with the progress of sales and, as a result, we expect to start work on the first buildings sooner. Block I forms part of the first phase that we intend to develop.

Sales of other properties will continue

Meanwhile, sales of the remaining flats and penthouses in phase 2 are continuing. To this end, Baia Vista has recently entered into a partnership with RE/MAX BonBini, which raises awareness of the project through various channels in Curaçao and beyond.

In addition, our project team consists of 18 to 20 September inclusive present at the Second Home Fair in Den Bosch, where we will be presenting Baia Vista to a wide audience of people interested in a second home or an overseas investment.

Phase 2 offers spacious flats and penthouses with large terraces and unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and the Caribbean Sea.
