week 9 - 2026

The past few weeks were marked by the completion of the brickwork on the ground floor, after which work shifted to the first floor.

Progress in recent weeks:

• The ground floor of all apartment buildings is fully masonry

• All columns are reinforced and filled

• Pouring of the first-floor floors has started: 3 of the 8 buildings now have a first floor

• The first walls on the first floor have now been bricked up

The remaining storey floors are expected to be poured during April. Subsequently, construction will continue towards the second and top floors. This will also create new sightlines within the project and towards the surrounding area.
