week 4 - 2026

We are the year started well and energetically At the Baia Vista Residence construction site.

Progress is clearly visible:

• There is bricked up to multiple building blocks

• In the characteristic columns reinforcement has been applied and these have now been filled

• The mobile office is almost ready: the furnishings have been purchased and will be delivered soon

• Basic amenities are in place: water and electricity are connected

• Outside, the grounds are neatly laid out with plants and private parking, so that the working environment is also increasingly pleasant

In short: 2026 has got off to a brisk start. In the coming weeks, construction will continue above ground show.
