Houthoff

We are taking an important step in the legal preparation of our new building project. In consultation with our notary from the Chatlein office in Curaçao, we have Houthoff, one of the leading law firms in the Netherlands, involved in the process.

Together, they will take care of the legal and notarial structure of the project. Specifically, Houthoff in partnership with Chatlein will handle the model deed sets up, as well as the VvE guidelines and the domestic regulations. This lays the foundation for a clear and future-proof organisation of Baia Vista Residence.

Thanks to these preparations, the first flat right deliveries can take place soon - an important milestone for both buyers and our development team.
