After the successful sale of phase 1 and while construction is now in full swing, Baia Vista is gearing up for the next step. On 18 May, we will officially launch phase 2 of Baia Vista: a new extension of the resort at the unique location of H\u00f2fi Sint Joris. The launch will coincide with a four-week television campaign in which Baia Vista will be visible as a sponsor of a Dutch evening programme filmed in Cura\u00e7ao.<\/p>\n

Resort expansion<\/h2>\n

With the interest in Baia Vista, we see confirmed what we hoped for from the beginning: that there is a lot of interest in high-quality flats on Cura\u00e7ao in a location where nature, tranquillity and accessibility come together.<\/p>\n

Phase 2 forms a natural extension of the existing resort and will be realised on the flanks and far side of the land position surrounding phase 1. This allows the homes to take full advantage of their location and orientation.<\/p>\n
