Within phase 1, there are currently <strong data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"403\">only a few flats still available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"692\">The sustained interest in the project coincides with several developments. For instance, the real estate market on Cura\u00e7ao continues to pick up, supply within this segment is limited and construction is visibly progressing on schedule. In addition, a <strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"680\">independent valuation<\/strong> carried out by a local valuer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"783\">From the recent valuation, a <strong data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"410\">indicative market valuation<\/strong>, based on the <strong data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"455\">price level January 2026<\/strong>, from:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"910\">\n<li data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"844\">\n<p data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"844\"><strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"801\">XCG 625,000<\/strong> for the ground-floor flats<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"910\">\n<p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"910\"><strong data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"862\">XCG 645,000<\/strong> for the flats on the first floor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"1034\">In the light of these developments, it has been decided to increase the sales prices <strong data-start=\"982\" data-end=\"1014\">with effect from 15 March 2026<\/strong> adjust to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1141\">\n<li data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1085\">\n<p data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1085\"><strong data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1054\">Ground floor:<\/strong> XCG <strong data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1070\">575.000<\/strong> buyer's costs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1141\">\n<p data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1141\"><strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1110\">First floor:<\/strong> XCG <strong data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1126\">595.000<\/strong> buyer's costs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1374\">Even after this price adjustment, sales prices remain <strong data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1244\">below recently determined appraisal values<\/strong>, based on current price levels. Any further market developments will obviously depend on external factors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1549\">Adjusted prices apply to <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1500\">homes for which no purchase agreement has been signed by 15 March 2026<\/strong>.
