Anyone, regardless of nationality, can buy a home in Cura\u00e7ao without restrictions. You do not need any special permits or permission to become a property owner.<\/p>\n

A visit to Cura\u00e7ao is not necessary to arrange the purchase.<\/strong> The entire process can be handled digitally, including signing the purchase agreement and the notarial process.<\/p>\n

        Purchase agreement<\/strong> - After you have chosen your property, the purchase agreement will be drawn up and signed. Once signed, it will be forwarded to our project notary Chatlein.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Customer due diligence (KYC)<\/strong> - In accordance with local legislation, together with a specialised firm, we carry out the mandatory Know Your Customer<\/strong>-investigation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Down payment<\/strong> - You will pay 15% of the purchase price as a down payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Notarial transport<\/strong> - The notary registers the right of ownership or flat right in the land register. From then on, you are officially the owner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Construction deadlines & progress<\/strong> - During construction, you pay the agreed construction instalments. You will receive regular construction updates and progress reports.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
